Q: Do I need a computer, satellite Dish, VPN or UK address?

A: No you just need our IPTV set top box

Q: Will the system work well outside of Cyprus?

A: Yes, the system works worldwide. Due to the way the TV streaming network is hosted, whether you are in Europe, Arabia, Australia, or America you should receive a very good service.

Q: Do you get buffering with the system?

A: NO you shouldn't see any buffering at all, even during peak times. If you are please get in contact with our technical support and we will help you.
If you do see buffering please click here and check your speed to London to make sure you are receiving at least 3 mbps in download speed
from your Internet provider.

Q: I do not have a phone line and I am using wireless Internet, will the service work?

A: We have good results using the system with wireless Internet providers but they vary in quality and jitter can be a problem. But if you were to watch catchup or rewind live TV a few minutes, this will then enable error correction to compensate for lost packets and poor Internet connectivity.

Q: What guarantees do you offer?

Q: How much bandwidth does the system use?

A: The streams are packaged using H264 technology that uncompress in real time when they reach the IPTV box. The stream sizes are roughly 0.95 Mbit/s for SD and 2.2 Mbit/s for HD. An average customer will use 30-60 GB per month of data bandwidth. Most ISPs allow 100gb+ of traffic per month.
